Role Responsibilities

  • Call on oil/gas, convenience stores and convenience store wholesalers nation wide to identify, qualify and close business opportunities while creating awareness of PWM
  • Meet provided sales targets
  • Cold calling to generate contacts and leads
  • Contact data base maintenance
  • Weekly reporting of activity
  • Attending trade and industry shows
  • Networking 

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in sales or account management
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Great communicator and comfortable presenting to an audience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willing to travel to trade events and customer meetings (up to 30%)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Oil and gas, convenience store and/or high tech industry experience a plus

Role Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting sales related data, entering it into the database and closing deals. Current Opening: Lead Technician

 

Job Summary:  The Lead Technician will be the first escalation support for service technicians. He will also evaluate and coach all service technicians while monitoring their customer interactions.  Also responsible for development of vendor training program, project management and custom sign design and pricing.

Essential Functions:

 

1.       Assists technicians in solving customers problems

2.       Development of Vendor (ASC) Training Program

4.       Work closely with warehouse and sales to ensure the highest of quality

 

Additional Responsibilities

1.       Travel when necessary for either training or problem resolution

2.       Final inspections of product leaving warehouse

 

Job Qualifications

  • Work experience in the industry
  • 2 years technical sign experience
  • Interpersonal skills

Summary:  Lead technician must demonstrate strong leadership skills in guiding and training service technicians. Must maintain a level of awareness regarding potential problem sites. The lead technician will have a thorough understanding of parts, products and procedures.

Current Opening: Service Technician

 

Job Summary:  Primary responsibility to support customer initiated problems. This will be achieved through phone support, as well as personal visits if necessary. Service Technician must have superior product knowledge, superior trouble shooting skills and the technician must possess the ability to communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner. Service Technician must be capable of interacting with the warehouse to supply parts to customers as needed and must be able to test and replace defective parts on a daily basis.

  • Receiving Parts from Customer, testing and paperwork

 

Essential Functions:

 

1.       Assist customers and vendors with all aspects of repairs and installations

2.       Maintain high levels of product knowledge

3.       Ability to replace parts and to test potentially defective parts

1.       Travel when necessary to assist customers or vendors in repairs

2.       Final inspections of product leaving warehouse

Summary:  Service Technicians must possess the ability to learn and master all aspects of electronic signs. Must be able to share this knowledge in an articulate way with the customer or vendor.
