Job Description – Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager and, indirectly, to the Operations Manager.  They will be responsible for day to day customer order processing, providing customer support, and coordinating shipment scheduling across all customer projects.  In addition, they will provide reporting to the Supply Chain Manager as necessary to support business goals.

The daily tasks would include, but are not limited to:

  • Converting new customer orders to quotes.
  • Converting quotes to Sales Orders.
  • Process Sales Orders into Shipping Documents in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Coordinate shipment processing with the Operations Manager and Warehouse Agents, as directed by the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Assisting in processing project orders as required by the Supply Chain Manger
  • Ensure accuracy of quotes, sales orders and shipping documents, and in all order logs.
  • Provide process improvement feedback and recommendations based on experience and observation.
  • Perform freight shipment processing as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Operations Support Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications – Microsoft Excel and Word advanced skills highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Job Summary:  The Lead Technician will be the first escalation support for service technicians. He will also evaluate and coach all service technicians while monitoring their customer interactions.  Also responsible for development of vendor training program, project management and custom sign design and pricing.

2.       Final inspections of product leaving warehouse

  • 2 years technical sign experience
  • Interpersonal skills

Summary:  Lead technician must demonstrate strong leadership skills in guiding and training service technicians. Must maintain a level of awareness regarding potential problem sites. The lead technician will have a thorough understanding of parts, products and procedures.

Job Summary:  Primary responsibility to support customer initiated problems. This will be achieved through phone support, as well as personal visits if necessary. Service Technician must have superior product knowledge, superior trouble shooting skills and the technician must possess the ability to communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner. Service Technician must be capable of interacting with the warehouse to supply parts to customers as needed and must be able to test and replace defective parts on a daily basis.
